The Depot represents a unique and elegant atmosphere for special occasions. Accommodations include a special room designed for catering set-up with it’s own discreet entrance. Variable lighting will set the tone for events and a service bar in the Meeting/Reception room may be used for food/beverage service, guest check-in, material distribution and many other purposes.

DAYTIME EVENTS such as luncheons, meetings, training sessions, corporate retreats or even family reunions may be scheduled in the Depot, including the Lobby and Meeting/Reception Room.

EVENING EVENTS such as wedding receptions, dinners, cocktail parties, anniversary parties, rehearsal dinners and birthday parties take on an added elegance when hosted in the L&N Depot or the Duncan Hines Dining Car.  A perfect venue for events up to 150 attendees (subtract 20 guests for a dance area and 30 for a band)
