Historic Railpark Train Museum Field Trip Information

Reservations

1. Reservations are required for all field trips and may be made by calling

270-745-7317 (local) or 877-467-0776 (long distance).

2. Please have the following information available:

Anticipated number of students

3. Tours are available for students of all ages.

4. Groups up to 70 or less may tour at one time.

5. One adult must accompany every 10 students

6. Group leaders are responsible for student behavior and must remain with the students

7. To conserve fuel costs, the Historic Railpark Train Museum encourages combining a tour of the following educational facilities on the same trip:

Corvette Museum (Transportation Curriculum)
KY Museum (Civil War and KY History Curriculum)
Riverview at Hobson Grove (Civil War and KY History Curriculum)

Cost

Student $3.00

Teacher Free (1 per 10 students)

Chaperone Free (1 per 10 students)

Additional Adult $5.00

Tour Hours

Tuesday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Gift Shop

Tours may include a stop in the gift shop, which has a variety of items at all price ranges

Food

Your group is welcome to bring sack lunches to eat at designated areas. Arrangements must be made at time of reservation. Visitors may not take food or drink into the museum

Photography

Visitors are welcome to take photographs in the museum. When making a group reservation, you are allowing the Historic Railpark Train Museum permission to use the group or individual likeness for publication and marketing.
