an ideal spot to host luncheons, picnics, or socials. By night,
it is subtly lit to be the most magnificent room for weddings,
anniversaries, or formal dinners. Rehearsal dinners and birthday
parties can even take on an added elegance when hosted in the
L&N Duncan Hines Dining Car or in the Executive Dining Room
on the Presidential Railcar.

can see the layout of the facility. In addition to the Lobby and
reception room, the depot also offers a separate room for caterers.
This room includes outside access, a refrigerator specifically
made to hold platters, a sink, many outlets, and plenty of working
space. The Depot's lobby and meeting room offers many luxuries
such as variable lighting, air conditioning, a bar area, linen
service, tables, upholstered chairs, and a men's/women's restroom.
The L&N Depot offers all the necessary amenities and more.
Use of the front sidewalk and the front lawn are also optional
for outdoor events and are included in the rental of the facility.
